My name is Gillian Brown, and I help people rediscover their love of movement. Whether you are navigating the natural transitions of life, recovering from injury, living with long-term pain or discomfort, or simply wanting to move better for the things you love, I offer a pathway to greater strength, freedom, and enjoyment in movement. I show you how healthy movement allows you to live your life to the fullest without limitation and fear.

I know what it is like to reach a point where you feel that you have tried so many things — physiotherapy, osteopathy, massage, Pilates, yoga, and been given so much well meant advice — yet pain, discomfort or recurring injury still hold you back from doing the things that matter to you.
I can help you break that cycle.
Through your own personal Healthy Movement Pathway, I help you reconnect with your body so movement feels easier, safer, and more possible again. Together, we explore how your body moves, rebuild trust, and create the confidence and ease you need to enjoy the things that matter most.

From where you are today, to where you want to be.
You deserve movement that feels supportive, comfortable and possible. I work with you one-to-one in my calm, private studio in Twyford, helping you rebuild trust in your body and confidence in how you move.
To make sure we are the right fit, I offer a free 20-minute discovery call. It is a chance to ask questions about how I work, my approach, and how I can support you. It also helps us both set clear expectations so you feel confident in taking the next step.
Your first 60–75 minute one-to-one session then gives us space to explore what matters to you, the challenges you are navigating, and your body’s unique movement patterns.
From there, each follow-up session is shaped around your needs and scheduled flexibly, giving you time to practise and integrate new movement experiences as your body learns, adapts, and responds.
This is not an exercise class its dedicated time for you. Working with me is a supportive, collaborative process that begins with where you are today and moves with you toward where you want to be. You will gradually build body awareness, movement habits and practical tools, that you can use in everyday life.
